27 February Lunchtime Concert Waikato University
I will do a performance of the JS Bach Goldberg Variations in the university lunchtime concert series in the Gallagher Theatre. I think the concert starts around 1pm and I will take a short break in the middle so that those with 2pm lectures can leave without undue disturbance (the work takes 75 minutes to perform).
17 April Wanaka Festival of Colour
There will be two performances on this day: a lunchtime concert with two Beethoven sonatas, the Tempest and the Waldstein; and an evening recital with fab soprano Jenny Wollerman singing songs by Mozart, Brahms, Strauss, Fauré and Debussy among others…yum!
